What will a session cost?

All our counselling appointments are for 50 Minutes.

If this is your first appointment, we suggest logging in to Microsoft Teams a few minutes early to test your setup (camera, microphone, and speakers or headphones). Your counsellor will let you into the session at your scheduled appointment time

Counselling for Individuals

  • Online counselling session (Microsoft Teams or Phone) $160

Clinical Supervision

  • Online clinical supervision session (Microsoft Teams): $160

Package of 10 sessions: $950 – Available by arrangement. This can be set up via invoice to split payment.

Counselling for Couples / Relationships

  • Online Session (Microsoft Teams Only) $310

Private Health Insurance Rebates

Private health rebates are available with Bupa, Police Health, Medibank and AHM Please check with your provider for your entitlements. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also being fair to all clients. Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy below

Prepayment: All appointments require full payment at the time of booking

Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur the full session fee

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a refund, less a $15 processing fee.

Monday Appointments: Appointments scheduled on a Monday must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5.00 pm on the preceding Friday. Cancellations or reschedule requests after this time, including over the weekend, will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full session fee will apply.

Technical Difficulties: If you are unable to attend your appointment due to technical issues, we will first attempt to continue the session by phone. If technical difficulties persist and are due to issues with the client’s equipment, internet connection or setup, the session will still be charged as scheduled

Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your session. Changes requested within 24 hours will be charged as a late cancellation.
