Rachel is a highly qualified and experienced counsellor, holding Level 4 membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Clinical membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). With a formal qualification in counselling and professional supervision, she is passionate about supporting mental health, fostering well-being, and guiding personal growth.

Rachel works from a client-centred, collaborative approach, creating a space where people feel safe, heard and understood. She tailors her therapeutic work to each individual, recognising that no two people, or stories, are the same. Rachel has supported clients through a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, stress, overwhelm, and periods of significant life transition.

Her areas of practice include burnout, emotional regulation, bullying, stress management and prevention, crisis support and professional supervision. Rachel brings warmth, empathy and professionalism to her work, helping clients build insight, confidence, and practical tools to support their ongoing wellbeing.
