We provide an opportunity to make online bookings for your first appointment. Its a simple process that only takes a couple of minutes and can be done at anytime.
Step 1 – Select a service
We offer 3 types of bookings, Click on the type of counselling you are after:
Step 2 – Select an appointment time
Click on the date and time that you would like to book. Use the arrows near the date to view the appointments in another week.
We keep spare capacity on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings for new client appointments. If you can’t find an appointment time that suits then Contact Us and we will try to find a suitable time.
Step 3 – Fill in your details
Fill in your details.
- First Name
- Last name
- Email – this will be used to send appointment confirmations
- Mobile phone – this will be used to verify your identity via sms in the next step
- Notes – Anything else you want to tell us about yourself
These details will be sent to the counsellor your are making an appointment with.
Step 4 – Verify your details
The mobile phone number you used in your registration (Step 3) will be sent a 6 digit code. Enter this code in the “Verification Code” box and click the verify button.

Step 5 – Payment Details
For your first session, we require up front payment through our secure payment gateway provided by Halaxy.
As per our cancellation policy, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $5 processing fee, if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time.

Step 6 – Appointment confirmation
Congratulations your booking is confirmed.

- Check your appointment duration
- Check the location of our practice in Hove, SA
if you scroll down there is the option to download the appointment details directly to your calender.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a link to the patient registration form.
Step 7 – Your Appointment
You will receive a reminder SMS message 24 hours before your appointment, as well as an email link to the patient registration form.
For face to face appointments – try to arrive 10 minutes early. We have ample parking at the centre, and enter through the rear door facing the car park. There will be an opportunity to fill in the registration form at the centre, if you can’t do it earlier.
For telehealth appointments – you will be emailed a link to the registration form and the connection details for the Skype video call 24 hours before your appointment.
